The creation of forms and/or editing of PDF files would make this a very versatile tool.

Editing of pdf forms has always been expensive and problematic. Even though one could convert from pdf to word, then edit and re-create a new pdf, often times formatting becomes either lost or corrupted. Being able to edit the pdf itself would reduce if not eliminate the loss of formatting. PDF forms are great when information is required, but you do not want the form to be altered in any other way.
